Vi setter max fleet size til 25. Ved flere påmeldte blir det 2 fleets.
De med oddetall (1,3,5...) i startlisten går i fleet 1. De med partall (2,4,6...) går i fleet 2. Three important rules for VSK Nordic weekly races with regards to penalty cancellations:
1. Do only request a penalty cancellation if you are sure that the penalty you got was wrong.
2. Approve all requests for penalty cancellations unless you are absolutely sure that a penalty was right. Do absolutely not ignore the request. Answer yes/no (approve/refuse).
3. Skippers who after the race are proven wrong after having a pen cancelled (1), or having denied a cancellation (2), will be scored DNE in the race. Please note that a boat approving a penalty cancellation is not running any risk of post race sanctions. PS! Det kan være en veldig god idé å kikke på banen i course editor før regattaen. Da vil du stille godt forberedt og vet hvor det normal vil lønne seg å gå. I tillegg må selvfølgelig tilfeldige vindskift og taktiske vurderinger tas med i betraktningen. Baner til racene kan findes under "downloads". Sign up for the following tuesday race night by clicking the button below before 20:55. Please don't sign up unless you are sure that you will race. There will be room for all who press the button in time, so there is no need to rush... If you arrive late without signing up, you can still join the races if there is available space. Though if there are 24 boats in the race and it's fully booked on the entry list on the web, you should wait until 2:30 on the countdown before you change from spectator to sailor. This is in order to not block the slot for the skipper who signed up in time, in case he arrives late.
